Monday: 5 miles (7:41)

Tuesday: 7.1 miles (7:15)

Wednesday: No running

Thursday: 5.3 miles (7:31)

Friday:  12.1 (7:35)

Saturday: 5.3 miles (8:01)

Sunday: 12.6 miles (7:49)

Weekly total: 47.3 miles
No workouts this week.  I went to Jiu Jitsu 3 times this week.  I got in a couple of medium long runs on Friday and Sunday.  Still no proper long run.
