In the middle of this run, I did 5 x 2 mins on/2 mins off.
My pace for the 5 "on" intervals was: 6:14, 6:09, 6:08, 6:08, 6:14. And my last four miles were all around ~7:30.

Weekly total: 33.9 miles
Pretty pathetic week running. Tuesday my stomach didn't feel so great at night so I skipped that run. And Sunday, I just felt blah all day. I went to Jiu Jitsu 5 times this week, Monday through Friday. We worked X guard during the advanced classes, working a bunch of sweeps from that position. I'm finding myself gravitating towards X guard during live rolling, so this week really helped me get a few ideas of what I can do from this position.
